      <image:title>Projects - Tiffany &amp;amp; Co Launches the Tiffany Wave Pendant</image:title>
      <image:caption>INDUSTRY Retail, Press, Product Launch, Virtual Reality EVENT SUMMARY In October 2018, Tiffany &amp; Co launched the Tiffany Wave pendant at their HQ in Sydney, Australia. The company pledged to donate 100% of profits from the Tiffany Wave to benefit the Great Barrier Reef. In addition to an expert panel, the audience participated in a VR screening of Valen’s Reef, which dives underwater to show the shocking degradation of the Great Barrier Reef. Key guests at the event included actress and environmentalist Isabel Lucas, Sheree Comerford, Carissa Walford along with the team from the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Wildlife Conservation Network and Greening Australia MY ROLE I flew to Sydney to manage all aspects of the virtual reality screening at the launch event. It was my responsibility to build the screening into the highly curated event without detracting from the meticulously timed run of show. I trained and directed a team of 10 on site to assemble and distribute headsets and presented the screening to the audience.       <image:caption>INDUSTRY Fashion MY ROLE Natalie Walker is a fashion &amp; textile design house based in Jaffa, Israel. I collaborated with a graphic designer to oversee brand asset designs, including web layout, look books and line sheets. Going into this project, it was important to me to properly capture the brand’s narrative through imagery. I organized and styled a photo shoot at Natalie’s studio, then worked with the graphic designer to identify which content was best suited for social media, web product, and those that would produce the most refined look book. I am currently utilizing the assets created to generate sales in the U.S. and expand the label’s reach beyond its Jaffa home.       <image:title>Projects - VR Cinema at Sundance Film Festival</image:title>
      <image:caption>INDUSTRY Entertainment, Film Festival, Virtual Reality EVENT SUMMARY The New Frontier program at Sundance Film Festival 2020 was more robust than ever before. Split across three venues, New Frontier highlighted experiences involving room-scale VR, augmented reality, and a communal 360 cinema. Over the course of the 10 day festival, The Box at The Ray screened two VR shorts programs, each followed by a filmmaker Q&amp;A. The programs - curated by Shari Frilot and Milo Talwani, were split between narrative and documentary. The programs spanned the globe, with each piece demonstrating a unique perspective on immersive storytelling. MY ROLE I worked directly with the New Frontier team to execute their vision for the VR cinema. Ahead of the festival, I coordinated VR hardware sponsorship, secured additional theater staffing, managed submission deadlines and testing schedules, and liaised between the selected filmmakers and the festival. On the ground, I was responsible for daily production in the VR Cinema, ensuring that programs were facilitated smoothly and maintaining quick turnarounds and equipment hygiene between screenings.       <image:caption>INDUSTRY Nonprofit, Press, Event Production, Virtual Reality EVENT SUMMARY To celebrate Conservation International’s 30th anniversary, WeLens coordinated and executed two of the largest synchronized wireless VR screenings to audiences 450 in order to showcase the organization’s success in their efforts to protect the Amazon Rainforest and endangered wildlife. The events honored the likes of Harrison Ford and former President Bill Clinton, featuring performances by artists Jon Boogz and Lil’ Buck, as well as musician Vanessa Carlton, all of whom were able to experience the immersive film. MY ROLE I was tasked with managing all production details pertaining to the VR screenings, as there had never been a wireless and synced VR screening larger than 200 at that point. I had to source equipment sponsorship, restock inventory, coordinate logistics with the venue, technical teams, the client’s event managers, and build a team of 40 to properly distribute and execute the screening. PROCESS Contract negotiations / site visits / overseeing all software testing and QA / hiring contractors for VR headset distribution / mitigate project costs by securing 200 Samsung-sponsored VR devices and negotiating prices on inventory restock / manage all sponsored inventory as well as WeLens devices / task management &amp; delegation / deliverable schedules / build run of show and floor plans / coordinate screening logistics across all production teams</image:caption>
